As you are likely aware, painting is a home improvement that is cost effective and offers a great return on investment. We work directly with homeowners as well as designers, real estate agents, stagers, decorators, and architects on projects of all colors, types, and sizes. We paint everything including windows, trim, siding of all types, doors, garage doors, you name it!

We are detail orientated and offer high quality work including product recommendations best suited to the project, organized project management, thorough set up and preparation, minimal disruption, and quality results.

Set-up and Preparation

Set-up and preparation is the most important part of the project and requires the most patience and care. For instance, we spend time ensuring the areas that are not being painted and all non-painted surfaces are well protected. We also spend time inspecting the surface for moisture, rot, pre-existing imperfections, sealing stains, removing hardware exterior lighting, and scraping or sanding depending on what is required. Then, the moment everyone waits for, the paint! Choosing the right product for the job is the only way to achieve a professional result. We use all brands and will use what you request but, we will also let you know if we do not think it is the right fit for the job.

Pressure Washing

If required as part of the preparation work, we are equipped to cleanse most surfaces using our pressure washers.  Pressure washing is not the solution for all jobs, since it can be too powerful a tool and requires a drying period.  Still it can be an effective tool, one which we will use on a case by case basis.

Our Project, Your Way

It is obvious that exterior painting can be disruptive and we work very hard to ensure we keep your home as liveable as possible during the project. This means accommodating your schedule, keeping our equipment out of your way, and tidy up on a daily basis.

Once complete, we will clean up completely and remove our equipment. Your satisfaction is crucial to our success so we conduct a walk around with you to ensure the end product meets your expectations. We are committed to doing what we said we would do!
